RETURN POLICY

All pre-made products come backed with a 30 day, money back guarantee. This guarantee is for any unfortunate product malfunction or customer discontent. For a product return to be valid, a photo must be sent and reviewed. Purchaser will then be responsible for return shipping. Purchaser must then provide a tracking number before full payment will be refunded. Refund will ONLY be honored if return is completed within 30 days of purchase date.

For custom designs they still fall under the 30 day guarantee, but because of custom colors/ordering/and designs only 50% of the purchase price can/will be refunded. Purchaser will then receive a $10 credit for return shipping. Purchaser must then provide a tracking number before payment will be refunded. Refund will ONLY be honored if return is completed within 30 days of purchase date.
